Italian School, 19th Century Portrait of a falconer oil on panel 50 x 42cm (20 x 16in) Christie's old stencil of 234 N on the reverse. Oil on panel which has a slight vertical warp. The paint layers have been thickly applied and has developed drying cracks and uneven surface texture. There is a loss at the lower left corner. The frame has developed age cracks which has led to areas of loss.
