Opaque pigments heightened with gold on paper, his head turned to the viewer, richly attired with a bejewelled turban and white tunic, bearing a tulwar and a katar, his falcon perched on his right arm fitted with a falconry glove, the rein of his dapple gray horse in the left hand, in floral margins with red and black rules, laid down on gold-speckled card
