A very rare picture of falconers in Chitral which is the northern most district of Pakistan. Falconry was very common in this part of the world and mostly Goshawks, sparrowhawks were being trained by the Falconers here. And certainly they were the true masters of this art.The Falconers in the picture belong to the Royal Family of Chitral, you can see couple of female Goshawks and a male one in this picture.
